Elizabeth was very dedicated to our search for a home. She was by our side throughout the the whole process. Our needs were unique. We were looking for a house near our daughter’s family. The process took over a year till a house was found to fit our needs. One challenges we faced was the issue that we were 320 miles removed from the area. The house we found was in the process of being renovated. She worked for us as our representative with the seller as our needs were incorporated in the renovation. The process was further complicated by the onset of the coronavirus pandemic. Just after we put a contract on the house the virus took hold. The restrictions resulting from the virus put the deal in question. But with Elizabeth’s dedication the complications were over come and we had a successful closing five months after the initial contract. In summary it took us over a year and a half to complete this challenge. Elizabeth was there the whole time working on our behalf. Thank you Elizabeth!
